Where are your products made?

We are an Australian owned, operated and designed company based in Melbourne.

We’re proud to partner with a manufacturer that not only has many years of experience creating quality rubber products, but also believes in creating a better environment for their workers and the world around them. They ethically make our dummies under fair trade terms and conditions, clean the water they use before discharging it, they meet all the standards regarding public water ways and recycle leftover rubber so that it can be converted into products such as rubber floor mats used in playgrounds.

We work very closely with them throughout the entire process. Partnering with these manufacturers gives us the opportunity to create a product range of exceptionally high quality. As a result, we can then support and work with many small Australian businesses and provide them with quality products. Their success has a positive flow on effect in their local communities.

Will you be bringing out dummies in other colours?

Yes, we’re working on a number of new things and new colours are certainly one of them. If you want to offer us a colour suggestion you can vote for your favorite colour.

 

I have an issue with a cub & bear co product – Returns & refunds

We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product by choosing high quality materials but if in the unlikely event it is faulty please let us know. If you have purchased directly from us please find out more about our refund policy, however if you’ve purchased from one of our stockiest please contact them in the first instance.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been sent. This can take between 1-3 business days from the day you order. Sometimes our emails can get caught in the junk folder so please check and if it’s not there please contact us.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We send out orders from Melbourne Australia within 1-3 business days, and after that it's up to Australia Post. Normally that means 1-7 business days depending on the type of postage you chose and where you’re located. However due to COVID19 there may be slight delays with postal services. Domestic order may experience delays of 1 week while international orders may experience delays up to 4 weeks. Orders will be delivered with contactless delivery, and may be left if safe to do so. Please leave specific delivery details in your order notes if you have any! For more details on the delays please check the Australia Post website.

I live in Melbourne, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, not but we have stockist around Melbourne where you can buy & pick up your order.

 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, if your order has already been sent (we're a speedy bunch), we won't be able to make any changes.

We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product by choosing high quality materials but if you've received your order and aren't 100% happy with it - whether it’s the wrong item (apologies for the human error) or in the unlikely event it is faulty please find out more about our refund policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on Australia Post’s prices to your location from Melbourne and is calculated at check out. Simply add the products to your cart, enter your delivery details and select ‘continue to shipping method’ to calculate the Australia Post shipping costs options.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely.
