Shipping around Australia

Items are shipped within 1-2 business days and are sent via Australia Post. We provide tracking numbers via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check your email for updates, including the junk mail folder. Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as we are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive but working with a reputable company like Australia Post should help ensure parcels are received in a timely manner.
To Guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the goods being sent back. Deliveries may not be made to Post Office Boxes (PO Box).
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, end of season sale, and holiday periods. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed.

Incorrect address or returned parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as due to not being able to be delivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
