Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, returns/exchanges are not possible for our dummies unless they are defective. We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product by choosing high quality materials. To return a product please complete our returns form here.

If you have any questions or concerns with a product you purchased, please contact us at info@cubandbearco.com.au and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
